What is my Username and Password?

  • A student's Moodle username and password are the same as your Piedmont College Single Sign-on username and password. This username/password is the same one used for PilgrimNet, Webadvisor, and Ezproxy.
  • Student Single Sign-On usernames typically look like this:jsmith0101. They consist of first initial, complete lastname and 4-digit birthdate.
  • If you are new to the College and have received your College email address, your next step is to setup your permanent password for the Webadvisor system. Here is more information about how to do that.
  • If you have forgotten your Single-Sign-On password, you should use the Password Reset at Webadvisor to reset it.

How Can I Get Help?
No matter what part of Moodle you are working in, you can click Moodle's HELP button and you can receive context-sensitive help on the feature you are using.  Beyond that, you should look to your instructor for help with using Moodle in your coursework.  If you have problems logging on to Moodle, your instructor is the person to ask for assistance. You can also email the Moodle Administrator for help at
