Using Grammarly

Grammarly’s online writing assistance and anti-plagiarism tools encourage polished grammar and a professional writing style.

Select the English You Write

You can specify whether you'd like to use American, British, Canadian, or Australian dialect to check your writing. In addition to the spelling differences among UK, US, CAN, and AUS English, Grammarly recognizes a number of differences in grammar (e.g., collective nouns typically take singular verbs in AmE) and punctuation (e.g., commas and periods always precede closing quotation marks in AmE).

Sign in to your Grammarly account, click on the Profile button, then Customize, then Select Language.

You can also set up your dialect preferences in the Grammarly browser extension: simply click the Grammarly icon in your browser's toolbar and select your preferred setting in the dropdown menu next to I write in ...
